The Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely movement, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and effective management of pick lists and inventory. The position supports daily warehouse operations to meet company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Unload deliveries and verify items against purchase orders.
Ensure proper storage of received goods in designated areas.
Organize and prioritize pick lists efficiently.
Ensure all products are selected accurately and on time per order specifications.
Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
Ensure all items are securely packed, correctly labeled, and ready for dispatch.
Participate in regular stocktaking and inventory checks.
Identify and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate stock records in line with company procedures.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines.
Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards throughout warehouse operations.
Store goods in designated locations to optimize warehouse space.
Maintain clear labeling and accessibility for efficient retrieval.
Prepare and dispatch orders promptly.
Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., shipping labels, packing slips) is complete and accurate.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery (training provided).
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Follow all health and safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions.
Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives.
Support a positive and productive work environment.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from clutter.
Handle waste disposal and assist in general cleaning duties.
Perform scheduled deliveries between company sites.
Ensure accurate and timely transfer of inventory materials while following all SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols.
