We are really excited to bring to the market a new and exciting role for a Site Administrator. This role is responsible for providing effective administrative and organisational support to the site team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site operations. The Site Administrator will work closely with site management, contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure accurate records are maintained, deadlines are met, and all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site management team.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Manage site correspondence, reports, timesheets, and general administration.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of project and site documentation.
- Coordinate documentation from contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update site databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and other financial administration.
- Support the onboarding and administration of site personnel and contractors.
- Monitor and maintain records relating to site attendance, training, inductions, and compliance.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, deliveries, and other site activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, customers, and internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and updates for the site management team as required.
- Ensure site administration is completed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Support the site team with general administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy site environment.
- Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience within a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or site-based environment is desirable.
- Experience using ERP, project management, or document management systems is desirable.
