Role Overview

An established retail organisation is seeking a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and provide commercial financial insight.
• Manage cost-centre performance, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and actions to improve performance.
• Support rebate, loyalty and other key commercial activities.
• Oversee financial controls, accruals and balance sheet reviews.
• Improve reporting, processes and automation.

Key Requirements

• Qualified accountant, with strong commercial finance or FP&A experience.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong Finance Business Partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and commercial judgement.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or a multi-site environment is advantageous.
