The Role
We are seeking a Delphi Developer to join the team on a full-time, on-site basis in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining software applications that are central to the company's product suite. You'll collaborate with colleagues across development, testing, and operations to deliver robust solutions that meet customer and business needs.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Delphi

Debug and resolve technical issues in existing systems

Integrate new features and functionalities in line with business requirements

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software

Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience with Delphi development (3+ years essential)

Strong knowledge of Pascal programming

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)

Experience with database integration and management

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
