We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join a busy team in Cork City on an initial 8-week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in a corporate environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Cork City
Duration: 8-week contract (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: €18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update scheduling systems and records accurately
- Handle incoming queries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
- Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
