The RTR Manager will oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities. The role includes managing compliance, supporting audits, driving process improvements, and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve journals, reconciliations, and key financial reporting areas (e.g. accruals, fixed assets, revenue, inventory, payroll, intercompany, FX, leases, share-based comp).
- Oversee balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and appropriate backup.
- Manage local entity financial submissions and statutory reporting alignment.
- Drive process documentation, improvements, and project deliverables.
- Lead and mentor a medium-to-large finance team while liaising with stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle; Blackline a plus).
- Proven leadership in managing finance teams.
- Strong Excel and systems skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
