Great opportunity for a strong Part Qualified Accountant/ Finalist with leading property name based in the heart of Dublin city centre. This is a core role within the finance team and provides the successful candidate strong exposure to month end, year end and quarterly accounts preparation.

Salary is DOE: €45,000 - €52,000
As a part qualified Accountant who will be required to manage and coordinate all financial activities within the assigned client portfolio. You will be an analytical thinker with a strong financial background and have good communication skills.
We require the candidate to have between 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role and to hold relevant accounting qualifications or is at a part/final stage of gaining professional qualification with a recognised accounting body.
Responsibilities:
- Client Reporting (monthly, quarterly & annual) to tight deadlines
- Managing relationship with portfolio of clients
- Dealing with debtor accounts/queries
- Tenant recharges (insurance, utilities etc)
- Dealing with in house team and external parties on a daily basis
- Multiple bank accounts reconciliations
- Daily cash book entry
- Rent & service charge invoice raising (monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc)
- Preparing service charge for audits and dealing with audit queries
- Service charge year-end billing
- Budget apportionments and billing
- Maintenance of client/tenant database & accounting records
Person Specification & Qualifications:
- Part Qualified/ Finalist Accountant ACCA/ CIMA etc
- Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, journal entries and accounts prep
- Strong excel and ERP skills
- Property experience is advantageous but my no means essential
- Ability to work to own initiative and work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
