We are seeking an ambitious 1 to 3-year PQE Solicitor to join a high-performing practice, working closely with an experienced Partner on various commercial property matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advise on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including high-value acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage complex landlord and tenant negotiations and large-scale development projects.
• Support property finance transactions and the real estate components of major M&A deals.
• Provide ongoing asset and portfolio management for developers, investors, and financial institutions.

Job Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (1 to 3 years' PQE).
• Proven track record in commercial property, gained during training or post-qualification.
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating on complex matters.
• Proactive and commercially minded.
