We are currently recruiting for a number of project coordinator roles with a leading pharma client based in Cork. These roles will support global clinical teams by keeping studies organised, compliant, and running smoothly from start-up through close-out.

What You'll Do:
Project Coordination
- Coordinate regional and trial-level meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, actions)
- Upload meeting minutes to collaboration platforms and systems
- Support newsletters, project communications, and status updates
- Contribute to shared learning forums and cross-team coordination
- Support routine study activities, including study close-out processes
Study Documentation & Inspection Readiness
- Maintain and support inspection-ready study files with teams and management
- Perform routine and pre-inspection quality reviews of study documentation
- Support filing, indexing, updates, and archiving on internal systems
- Assist with regulatory and mock inspection backroom activities
- Support collection, review, and verification of data for submission activities
Systems & Reporting
- Enter and maintain study timelines and trial data in clinical systems
- Update and troubleshoot study information as changes occur
- Produce and distribute project status reports
- Generate milestone, budget, enrollment, and performance reports with management
Operational Support
- Support study budget activities including purchase orders and e-requisitions
- Order, track, and ship study supplies, tools, and materials
- Track and report regional and global enrollment data
What You need:
- Strong communication skills with clear, concise delivery
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work across global, cross-cultural teams
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
You will help ensure clinical trials are well-coordinated, fully compliant, and on track supporting the delivery of critical research that drives healthcare innovation.
