As a Program Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent IT and transformation projects within the Finance and Corporate Functions space. You will oversee a portfolio of 5-6 technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technology strategy, and client priorities.
You will bring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery management, combining strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and technical understanding to drive outcomes that enhance operational excellence, governance, and customer value.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, program governance, and collaborative problem-solving to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative IT solutions.
Lead and manage a portfolio of 5-6 concurrent IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards.
Oversee and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Technical Analysts, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.
Drive vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight.
Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver business and technical initiatives that align with client strategy.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across the program portfolio.
Oversee service delivery, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.
Coordinate project handover to BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations and support teams, ensuring seamless transition and continuity.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, including product upgrades, innovation pipelines, and system enhancements.
Implement governance frameworks to manage dependencies, risks, and change control across all projects.
Continuously review and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives.
Proven experience managing 5+ simultaneous IT projects across Finance, HR, or Corporate Functions domains.
Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT systems integration, and enterprise architecture principles.
Prior budget ownership and financial management experience.
Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and hybrid delivery teams.
Experience in QA, information security, and governance frameworks.
