Medical Secretary

I am delighted to be supporting my client in Bantry on their requirement for a Grade IV Clerical Officer on an initial 6 week basis, with very strong possibility of extension.

In this role you will provide medical secretarial support to 2 consultants including the following duties;

• Dictation typing of correspondence
• Managing a busy email inbox
• Daily use of T-Pro and PIMS
• Updating files, charts, records
• Preparing for clinics
• Writing referral letters
• Liaising with other internal and external HSE depts

Hourly rate: €18.48

Working week : 35 hours

Schedule: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
