We are seeking a Lead Design Program Manager for a premier global consumer brand's Creative & Design division. In this strategic role, you will optimize design pipelines, align global stakeholders, and drive high-impact cross-functional execution from concept to final delivery.
Workflow Management: Direct project scopes, timelines, and resources using Asana, RACI charts, and dashboards to ensure end-to-end delivery and risk mitigation.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Sync schedules across Creative, Industrial Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams throughout the core Product Lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Conflict Resolution: Navigate competing priorities and feedback from discipline heads, translating trade-offs into objective options for high-level decision-making.
Global Collaboration: Facilitate communication across distributed teams, standardizing formats to manage cultural nuances and streamline feedback.
AI & Automation: Set up and manage AI assistants and digital agents to automate routine administration, maximizing strategic team focus.
Experience: Strong background in project/program management balancing complex creative, industrial design, or highly cross-functional workflows.
