Customer Support: Handling customer queries with care and efficiency over both phone and email.

Systems Management: Daily use of internal systems to ensure that data is maintained accurately and effetively.
Product expert: Act as a product expert, maintaining an up to date knowledge of policies to ensure seamless communication.
Communication: A high level of empathy and the ability to explain technical "insurance-speak" in a compassionate, easy-to-understand manner.
System Savvy: Strong technical aptitude; you should be comfortable toggling between multiple systems and using MS Excel for data tracking.
