FP&A Manager

This is an exciting role which takes ownership of planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis for a well known Irish organisation, based in Cork. The role has exposure to senior stakeholders as well as the exec team and one which gives full visibility of the finance function within the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, analytics and planning function
• Ensure detailed and value add analysis
• Ensure coordination of collation of analytics and follow up with strategic story-telling from the numbers
• Encourage a culture of process improvements, through financial modelling and automation
• Business partner with a range of stakeholders and ensure the organisational strategy is being delivered at all levels

Necessary skills/experience:

• Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) plus 5-10 years post qualification experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Experience in business partnering and driving change
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
