I'm currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Financial Accountant to join a fast-growing fintech operating across the US and Europe.
The role will have broad exposure across treasury, accounting, debt facilities and financial planning, working closely with the CFO and VP Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day treasury operations, AP and customer invoicing
- Processing customer receipts and maintaining accurate payables/receivables records
- Managing third-party debt facilities, including drawdowns, debt servicing and covenant reporting
- Supporting monthly management accounts and annual audit requirements
- Maintaining finance schedules, trackers and reporting data
- Supporting budgeting, financial planning, pricing analysis and business planning
- Helping establish finance processes, procedures and internal controls
- Supporting the setup and ongoing finance processes for a new Luxembourg RAIF fund
- Maintaining loan and lease schedules and supporting customer invoicing
- Working across the wider finance function as the team continues to build out
The ideal candidate will have:
- Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
- Strong bookkeeping and AP experience, including invoices, ledgers and payment runs
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliations and financial schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong control mindset
- The ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information
- Financial services, fund, asset management or fund administration experience would be beneficial
This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant who wants broad exposure across finance and treasury within a high-growth environment, rather than being restricted to one area of accounting.
