The Opportunity:
This role offers a wide scope of responsibilities, including overseeing key areas of finance such as controllership, compliance, and reporting for a large region. You will work closely with local and international finance leaders, acting as a strategic business partner while providing technical guidance. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting for a large region, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and quarterly reports to corporate headquarters.

Provide technical accounting guidance to local and international finance teams, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with US GAAP.

Lead and coordinate audit engagements, including SOX control testing and walkthroughs, and oversee statutory audits to ensure compliance.

Contribute to continuous improvement by leading ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing processes, creating efficiencies, and strengthening internal controls.

Act as a business partner, influencing at all levels of the organization to achieve strategic objectives.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 7-10 years of post-qualified experience, with a proven ability to lead and influence.

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
