The role:
Join our Cork-based team as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and patients. You will act as a bridge between medical products and the people who use them, providing clear information and technical help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries from German speakers via phone and digital channels, providing accurate, balanced, and non-promotional information.
- Technical Help: Solve user problems related to medical devices and software.
- Compliance & Safety: Identify and report any product complaints or side effects according to regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions in our database.
- Launch Support: Play a key role in the EU launch of new products by ensuring technical content and processes are optimized for the German-speaking market.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in project teams and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to refine systems and enhance the Customer Experience (CX).
Requirements:
- Skills: Strong Customer Support skills with the ability to explain technical info simply and empathetically.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using databases and document management systems.
- Languages: Native or Fluent German & Fluent English.
