Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, both in person, via email, and over the phone
- Support senior transaction staff, directors, and other departments across the organisation
- Negotiate and communicate with senior-level stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently
- Provide clear and professional communication, ensuring a high level of client service
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education is essential
- Min 3+ years working in a client facing role demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
