This role is to support a busy manager in the day to day operations of a crucial public sector service. If you are a highly organised and capable candidate with previous experience working in a busy administration role get in touch today!
Salary: €16.05 per hour
Location: Blackpool
Hours: 9-5 pm Monday to Friday
Duties of the role:
- Managing a busy inbox
- Processing new applications on internal databases
- Posting and recording referrals letters
- Ongoing maintenance of files and relevant documentation and progress notes.
- Updating Excel trackers and or the database with any relevant updates.
- Monitoring the office phone and answering queries
- Diary management and coordination of meetings
What do you need?
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential
- Previous experience in a clinical/ clerical environment is highly desirable
- Excellent coordination and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with focus on multi tasking
- Proven track record of working with excellent attention to detail
