Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative support? We are currently recruiting for a Grade 5 Clerical Officer/Personal Assistant (PA) on behalf of our prestigious client in. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and provide key administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing telephone calls, emails, and visitor interactions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries for senior staff.
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and handle financial documentation in line with company procedures.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, both internally and externally, as required.
- Support general office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar clerical or administrative role, ideally within a public or private sector environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a PA or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous 2-3 years experience as a Grade 5 Clerical Officer
- Familiarity with office management systems and financial procedures.
