Lead and empower cross-functional product teams to deliver high-value, outcome-driven solutions using Agile methodologies. A core focus of this role is embedding AI-enabled tools and modern practices into everyday workflows to optimize speed, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Value Delivery: Partner with Product owners to build outcome-focused delivery plans, define backlogs, and actively look for opportunities to integrate AI into product features.
- AI-Enabled Execution: Embed AI tools into team practices to accelerate planning, estimation, delivery tracking, and quality assurance while reducing manual overhead.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Build high-performing, self-organizing teams. Coach members in both Agile best practices and AI-assisted delivery approaches.
- Flow Optimisation: Use data and delivery metrics to remove bottlenecks, mitigate risks, improve predictability, and balance delivery pace with quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent, trusted relationships across business and IT functions using data-driven reporting.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (e.g., Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master).
- Agile Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, backed by a relevant certification.
- AI & Data Literacy: Practical experience leveraging Generative AI/automation tools to boost team productivity and using data insights to drive decisions.
- Modern Delivery Ecosystems: Experience working within product-led delivery models using standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching, and facilitation skills with an improvement-focused mindset.
