Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working again with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Administrator for their Human Resources team in Shannon. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in supporting HR operations and strategy, with a strong focus on HR systems, data analysis, and process improvement.
Role Overview:
As HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all areas of HR. You'll be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, generating insights through analytics, supporting global payroll and benefits, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.

Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc HR reports. Analyse data to identify trends and inform workforce planning.

Support the use of AI tools and automation to streamline HR operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and budgeting processes for global entities.

Coordinate and administer training and development activities.

Promote and support initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.

Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.

Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assist in recruitment activities, and support new hire onboarding.

Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing HR policies, documentation, and processes.

Contribute to HR-related audits, reporting, and compliance activities required by corporate stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
-
Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role, ideally supporting international teams.

Strong understanding of employment law.

High attention to detail with an analytical mindset.

Proficiency in Excel and experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
Desired:

CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.

Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools and process automation.
