Financial Accountant - Manufacturing

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global manufacturing multinational to recruit a Financial Accountant with 1-5 years post-qualification experience. This is a hybrid role, ideal for a strong, hands-on finance professional looking to make an impact.

Key duties:

• Review and prepare management accounts for international branches

• Month-end responsibilities for consolidated management accounts and supporting schedules

• Act as the primary liaison with intercompany finance teams and reconciliations

• Manage audit and compliance processes for the international entity, coordinating with internal and external auditors

• Prepare audit files and corporation tax computations

• Ensure statutory compliance for sales tax, payroll, and corporate tax across multiple jurisdictions

• Support Sales team liaison for AR and reconciliations

• Perform revenue accounting reviews and reconcile monthly revenue to forecast

• Conduct Gross to Net revenue analysis and support other reporting as required

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and project work

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant

• 1-5 years relevant industry experience

• Exposure to Irish and US GAAP

• Experience with group reporting and consolidations

• Familiarity with accounting software

• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage key finance deliverables

• Experience in data analysis, project work and process improvement initiatives
