Digital & Channel Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing activities on behalf of a global consumer technology client. This role combines responsibility for developing and executing digital marketing strategies with leading channel and retail marketing programmes designed to drive brand growth, ecommerce performance, and partner sell-through.
Acting as a strategic extension of the client's marketing team, you will work closely with client stakeholders, sales teams, retail partners, media agencies, and internal specialists to deliver measurable business results. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing performance marketing campaigns, analysing commercial performance, planning go-to-market activity, and coordinating channel marketing initiatives across key markets.

Digital
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned to client business objectives, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimise ecommerce and performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta platforms, remarketing programmes, and other customer acquisition initiatives.
- Lead SEO and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) programmes, including keyword research, content recommendations, product listing optimisation, and organic performance improvements.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and ecommerce revenue.
- Produce regular performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Collaborate with client ecommerce teams and development partners to identify opportunities for UX improvements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and overall site performance enhancements.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding digital platforms, marketing technology, tools, and external suppliers.
- Coordinate campaign execution across internal agency teams including creative, media, content, and analytics functions.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for clients.
Channel
- Develop and implement channel marketing programmes with retail, telecommunications, and distribution partners to drive product sell-through and market growth.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and client objectives.
- Coordinate the design and deployment of retail marketing assets, point-of-sale materials, merchandising solutions, and in-store displays that maintain brand consistency across partner environments.
- Create sales enablement materials including product presentations, training tools, launch kits, battlecards, and retailer communications.
- Plan and deliver trade shows, customer events, partner activations, and promotional campaigns, managing suppliers, budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Support client sales teams with insights, campaign recommendations, and marketing programmes that contribute to commercial growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, retail partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure all channel marketing activity is aligned to agreed commercial objectives, budgets, and performance targets.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, channel marketing, shopper marketing, or a related marketing role, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, ecommerce, digital analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns and interpreting performance data to drive optimisation.
- Proven track record of delivering channel or trade marketing programmes that support retail sales growth.
- Experience creating client reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate marketing effectiveness and commercial impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience planning and delivering business events, exhibitions, retail activations, and product launch programmes.
- Comfortable working with external suppliers, retail partners, media agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling online and offline marketing assets.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, using data and insights to support strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales, product, ecommerce, and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- French or German language capability would be advantageous.
