Support on facilities matters and daily office operations including regular maintenance of office equipments, access right control and liaison with property management team
Assist on the organisation of internal corporate events
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist on secretarial support to an investment team when required, including travel arrangement and meeting scheduling
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder
At least 1 year of administrative work experience in a multinational firm, preferrably in the financial services or professional services industry
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
