FX & Rates Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handle foreign exchange, interest rate, and deposit trades for financial institution clients with precision and high standards of service.
• Grow the FX and interest rates portfolio in the Hong Kong market, targeting local FI customers through targeted outreach, client presentations, and team support.
• Partner with internal teams, regional offices, and group entities to launch new initiatives, improve product offerings, and back colleagues' efforts.
• Assess client trading needs, coordinate the setup of required systems or products, and assist team members in similar tasks.

Requirements:

• Solid grasp of FX and rates products, market dynamics, and FI client priorities.
• Minimum 6-8 years in FX/rates sales with established FI network.
• Hands-on experience executing FX and rates trades.
• Proficient in crafting compelling pitch decks and marketing collateral.
• Familiar with end-to-end FX and rates transaction workflows.
• Understanding of macroeconomic factors.
• Knowledge of FX and rates contract documentation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities to engage internal stakeholders and promote the FX/rates business line.
• Awareness of industry standards, including the FX Global Code.
