Job Description

Someone ready to step up in BCP and CSR area please reach out.


  • You will serve as a leader between senior executives of the business on all matters related to resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery and vendor relationship management.
  • Work closely with internal and external committees to report and make business recommendations associated with CSR & BCP, risk, working environment etc.
  • Need to efficiently coordinate with other departments, preparing budget and and reviewing internal procedures.
  • To be able to ensure the seamless functioning of the Business, Operations, Technology and IT that are related to BCP.

Required skills

  • Native Japanese, business English.
  • 10~15 years of experience across Corporate Services, Facility Management, and Business Continuity Management areas.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in relationship management in real estate industry.
  • Management experience in corporate services, BCP, and CSR areas.
