Job Description

A world's leading beverage MNC is now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the dedicated team to manage the total portfolio performance in off-trade channel.

About the role

As an Senior Sales Manager of off-trade team, you will lead the team to drive the portfolio growth in off-trade channel.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales and pricing strategies to drive sales performance of the product portfolio
  • Set sales target and manage the team achieve the target
  • Manage all sales activities including new product launch, pricing, distribution, stock in trade, visual merchandising, promotion
  • Develop yearly promotion calendar and liaise with Marketing team on the campaign execution
  • Promote excellence in merchandising by emphasizing planogram execution, product presentation, listing & distribution and in-store display
  • Keep update to the market environment and competitor analysis through regular survey and research for advising continuous business growth
  • Maintain strong trade relationship with key accounts for long term short term collaboration

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 8+ years of experience in key account management in FMCG, consumer or luxury goods
  • Solid team management and sales strategic planning experience
  • MNC/large corporation background will be an advantage
  • Proven sales track record in key accounts
  • Excellent commercial and mindset with good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competition
  • Proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial and result-oriented leader
