Job Description

A market leading consumer brand is looking for an eCommerce Manager to support their regional growth in area. You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team to achieve goal together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market-specific and localised eCommerce development and growth strategy for Asia Region
  • eRetailer partner development account
  • Work closely with brand companies and HQ eCommerce as the regional lead
  • Collaborate with brand companies to assist and formulate marketing plans, assortment strategies, and product offering
  • Onboard and support the starting up of eCommerce channels and transition of partners
  • Run performance marketing initiatives to drive conversion and traffics
  • Support on e-platform experience and performance enhancement and improvement

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or other related fields
  • No less than 8 years of experience in eCommerce management for consumer products
  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce environment and business model
  • Ability to comprehend and understand consumer behavior and shopping pattern, then formulate action plans for the conversion
  • Result oriented and strong in project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
