Job Description
A Pharmaceutical company we are working with is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator
to join its production team in Cashel. This role offers a competitive base salary
along with a 25% shift allowance and the opportunity to work in a dynamic,
regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and processes in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
- Carry out production activities including dispensing, blending, granulation, and compression (as applicable).
- Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform equipment set-up, cleaning, and changeovers.
- Accurately complete batch documentation and production records.
- Identify and report deviations, faults, or safety concerns.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Requirements
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience working with production machinery or automated systems desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
- Ability to follow strict procedures and documentation practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns.
