I'm delighted to support this exciting upcoming opportunity for a Site Quality Lead to join and build the QFS function from the ground up.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for establishing and embedding the Quality Management and Food Safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and setting the standards and culture required for successful site operations.
Working closely with Operations, Validation, R&D, Regulatory and Supply Chain, you will provide QFS leadership across site development, product and process innovation, risk assessment, audits and ongoing compliance. You will also have the opportunity to build and lead the site Quality team, developing capability and creating a strong quality culture from day one.
The role will include:
- Leading the QFS function and building the site Quality team.
- Implementing robust QFS standards, systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Providing QFS expertise across Operations, Validation, R&D and cross-functional projects.
- Leading risk assessments, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting product requirements.
- Driving the Quality agenda, technical standards and culture across the site.
