Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic business partner, providing data-led insights to support commercial decision-making

Ensure integrity and consistency of operational data across multiple systems and reporting tools

Maintain and enhance operational dashboards and trend analysis tools

Develop and monitor key performance metrics

Track and control key cost drivers
-
Evaluate and support optimisation initiatives and capital investment (CapEx) projects from a financial perspective

Identify areas for continuous improvement, supporting a "Lean" operational agenda

Contribute to cross-functional and cross-country project teams
Key Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within a manufacturing or production-based environment

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense), and operational systems is advantageous
