Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a leading hospitality group to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager for their Limerick location. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and creative professional to drive revenue across bedrooms, events, and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, a flair for innovation, and strong customer relationship skills. Responsibilities:
- Deliver budgeted sales revenue across all hotel departments and ensure effective communication with relevant teams.
- Develop and implement the hotel's strategic sales and marketing plan, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies with the General Manager and Head Office.
- Drive local marketing initiatives, especially for food & beverage, and manage promotional activities.
- Oversee online presence, including third-party sites and social media engagement.
- Organise site inspections, familiarisation trips, trade shows, and client entertainment.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates through meetings and monthly presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality or tourism with a strong history of meeting sales goals.
- Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret market trends and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both clients and team members.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, including familiarity with website performance tools and analytics.
- Driven, innovative, and capable of shaping and influencing business decisions.
- Excellent customer service orientation and insight.
- Must have the right to work in the EU or possess a valid work visa.
