Production Manager

Our client, a leading SME manufacturer in Ireland are seeking to hire a Production Manager for their Limerick site.

Reporting to the General Manager, as Production Manager you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of site activities and colleagues across production operations in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience leading diverse team in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and manage staff, ensuring efficient daily production and dispatch processes.
• Implement production plans as set by/alongside the General Manager.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure close attention to detail to ensure high quality manufacturing.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong experience in production roles at supervisor or manager level, ideally from a mechanical/precision manufacturing background.
• Excellent people management experience.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong track record of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
