Morgan McKinley in partnership with our client are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing finance team on a permanent basis in Limerick. Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and procedures.
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Assist with ongoing projects, including system improvements and process optimisation.
Job Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in a similar management accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
