Fund Administrator

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Limerick to recuit a fund administrator for an initial 12 month contract. This is a great opportunity for a recent Finance graduate looking to start their career or someone with previous experience in finance, banking, financial services, fund administration or operations. Full training and supervision will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Review investment and fund information for accuracy
• Check the ownership and value of investments
• Review financial reports and identify discrepancies
• Carry out regular fund checks and reviews
• Monitor investment restrictions and record any breaches
• Prepare reports and support fund inspections
• Use Excel to analyse data and produce reports
• Investigate straightforward issues and escalate where required

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related subject, or relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident working with numbers and data
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within financial services
