Maintenance Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established and successful manufacturing business at an exciting stage of its development.
The business is currently investing significantly in its site and operations, with ongoing upgrades across equipment, production capability and infrastructure. As Maintenance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in this next phase, leading an established engineering and maintenance team while driving reliability, continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
- Drive preventative maintenance and equipment reliability across the site.
- Ensure breakdowns and production issues are managed quickly and effectively.
- Lead engineering, improvement and capital investment projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and external service providers.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance.
- Work closely with other departments to support the continued development of the site.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
- An engineering qualification or recognised Mechanical/Electrical trade background.
- Experience managing and developing an engineering or maintenance team within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of preventative maintenance, equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across different areas of the business.
