    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO, etc.).

    • Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and accident investigations.

    • Lead incident response and root cause analysis with appropriate follow-up actions.

    • Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.

    • Drive continuous improvement in safety performance through behavior-based safety, near-miss reporting, and other proactive measures.

    • Manage environmental reporting, permits, waste disposal, and sustainability initiatives.

    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during inspections or audits.

    • Maintain EHS documentation, including SDSs, permits, and compliance reports.

    • Track EHS KPIs and report on performance metrics to senior management.

    • Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.

    Requirements:

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent are preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

    • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, logistics] is highly desirable.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory compliance.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective communicator with the ability to train and influence across all levels.
