On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Operations / COO to lead and scale their operating engine.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will own operational delivery across the business, driving cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution. You will build scalable frameworks, manage key functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Support, and Program Management), and ensure the organisation can grow efficiently while maintaining high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational planning, execution, and performance tracking across the organisation.
Drive programme delivery and cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
Build scalable processes, systems, and governance to support growth.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Oversee key functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operational leadership in a scaling organisation.
Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Highly analytical, outcomes-focused, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Experience owning or partnering closely with Finance, People/HR, Legal, Support, or Security functions.
