The Role
We are seeking a motivated finance professional with a sharp eye for compliance. Whether you are already a US CPA or have gained solid, hands-on experience handling US Federal Income Tax returns, this role offers the perfect platform to elevate your career.
This is a highly dynamic position. You will manage end-to-end tax preparation while being given the autonomy and support to actively grow and develop a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation & Filing: Prepare and review US Federal Income Tax returns for individuals (Form 1040)
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Portfolio Growth: Manage a portfolio of clients
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimisation of our internal tax workflows and software utilisation.
What We Are Looking For
- US CPA (Certified Public Accountant) OR possess equivalent solid experience specialising in US Federal Income Tax return preparation.
- Practice Background: Experience working within an accounting practice desirable
- Growth Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to manage client relationships independently and a desire to scale a portfolio.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
