Senior Case Manager - Galway (Permanent, Hybrid Working)
We are working with a leading credit management organisation to recruit a Senior Case Manager for their Galway office. This permanent role offers the chance to manage complex, high-value cases and report directly to a Senior Portfolio Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in guiding borrowers through financial challenges, shaping strategies, and delivering tailored solutions across Personal, SME, Corporate and Property sectors. You will gain valuable restructuring experience while further developing your negotiation, regulatory, and relationship management skills - all while making a tangible difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of cases with autonomy and confidence.
Negotiate with borrowers and develop innovative settlement strategies.
Conduct expert credit analysis and prepare robust credit submissions.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, customer-focused outcomes.
Proactively manage portfolios, including litigation where required.
Ensure compliance with key regulatory codes in all interactions.
Present financial results and insights to senior stakeholders.
Track progress and maintain accurate, impactful reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Financial Advisor with a degree (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in debt management, restructuring or workouts.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience managing primary dwelling home cases is advantageous.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data-driven reporting.
In-depth knowledge of CCMA, CPC, MCC and practical application.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
