What you need
- QFA qualified
- Previous experience within financial services, insurance, banking or a related advisory environment.
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products.
- Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified, company-generated leads and enquiries.
- Conduct detailed client fact-finds and needs assessments.
- Provide professional advice on appropriate insurance and protection solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for referrals, cross-selling and additional client solutions.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the full client journey.
- Ensure all advice and recommendations are appropriate, compliant and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and administration.
- Follow internal processes and regulatory requirements across all client interactions.
- Work towards agreed business development, sales and customer service objectives.
- Keep up to date with relevant products, regulations and industry developments.
