This role is responsible for overseeing facilities across multiple locations, ensuring all sites are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. You will manage maintenance, contractors, and facilities projects while working closely with site leadership teams.
Oversee facilities operations across multiple sites
Manage internal teams and external contractors
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
Manage supplier contracts (utilities, security, general services)
Lead facilities-related projects, including upgrades and renovations
Ensure full health & safety and regulatory compliance
Conduct site audits and support internal/external inspections
Track and report on key performance metrics
3+ years' experience in Facilities Management (ideally multi-site)
Strong organisational and communication skills
