Responsabilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for customers, offering helpful and professional support.
- Respond to queries around finance agreements, including hire purchase and leasing, via phone, email or online.
- Clearly explain agreement terms, repayment options, and next steps to customers.
- Handle early arrears cases with empathy and clarity, aiming to reach workable repayment plans.
- Liaise with internal teams and finance managers to resolve any customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in processing account changes, payments, and settlements.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve customer service processes.
Requirments:
- An APA qualification or interest in working towards one.
- Some experience in financial services, customer service, or credit management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, professional, and customer-first approach.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer databases or CRM systems.
