We are seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to join our client's organization on a 12 month contract. In this role, you will bridge the gap between manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams. You will be responsible for supporting site end-users across key enterprise system modules, maintaining critical master data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- User & Systems Support: Provide site end-user support for core enterprise systems (SAP modules: WM, SD, PP, QM, MM) across manufacturing and supply chain operations to ensure business continuity.
- Master Data Management: Create, maintain, and audit master data including Item Masters, BOMs, recipes, and routings to ensure accuracy and completeness across integration points.
- Process Improvement: Act as a key liaison between business teams and IT delivery to resolve issues, define process changes, and test system configurations.
- Testing & Training: Manage unit testing, integration testing, and user access/role assignments. Deliver training to key users and document processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2-4+ years in a similar systems/data support role within the Pharmaceutical, Biologics, or Medical Device industries.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP system modules (e.g., SAP WM/SD/PP/QM/MM) and master data management (cleansing, enrichment, migration).
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with demand/supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end manufacturing workflows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). APICS certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail.
