The Role
You will work closely with warehouse, trade counter, and customer service teams to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. This position involves both operational and customer-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate paint tinting machines (International & Rustoleum) to mix paints to order specifications.

Process and pick paint orders with accuracy.

Maintain stock accuracy using the company ERP system and scanning equipment.

Operate forklifts (including Pivot Steer, if licensed) for goods in/out.

Support trade counter operations when required.

Carry out site housekeeping duties and comply with all Health & Safety requirements.

Assist with other duties as needed to support smooth operations.
About You

Forklift licence preferred (Pivot Steer desirable, training provided if required).

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment is an advantage.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently and take initiative.
