We are looking for a customer-focused Trade Counter & Collections Representative to join our busy team. You will be the face of our branch-serving trade customers, processing collections, handling stock, and providing dependable support across our counter and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

Greet trade customers promptly and process counter sales and collections.

Provide product guidance and identify opportunities to suggest relevant add-ons.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for customer collection and dispatch.

Process sales, returns, and orders using our computer system (K8).

Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and keeping the counter and warehouse organized.

Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, retail, or trade counter experience.

Experience in the heating, plumbing, or building supplies trade is a strong advantage.

Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet in a busy warehouse setting.

Solid computer literacy (experience with Kerridge K8 or similar ERP software is a plus).

Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Valid eligibility to work in Ireland permanently.

Manual handling or forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided).
