Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established, full-service law firm located in Dublin City Centre to recruit an experienced Property & Private Client Solicitor for their expanding team. Our client prides itself on its collaborative and supportive culture, and is seeking a motivated individual to take a key role in their busy practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning, draft comprehensive Wills, and manage all aspects of Probate and Estate administration.
- Manage residential property transactions from initial contract stage through to completion and registration.
- Assist with commercial property and Landlord and Tenant matters as required to support the wider Property team.
- Provide sound, professional legal advice to an established client base, building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with a minimum of 2+ years' PQE and a proven track record in conveyancing and probate law.
- Strong expertise in residential conveyancing procedures, with exposure to commercial property matters highly advantageous.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and advise sensitively on private client matters.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
