Location: Dublin (Site-based / Hybrid)
Role: Senior Project Nanager (Construction - Tier 1 Contractor)
As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full construction lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to handover

Oversee site operations, contractors, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

Control project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities

Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and local authorities

Identify and manage risks, variations, and change control

Provide regular progress reports to senior management
About You
-
5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and Irish H&S requirements

Proven experience managing contractors and site teams

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

Relevant certifications (e.g. Safe Pass, SMSTS, PM qualification) are an advantage
