We are seeking a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial law, including Data Protection & Digital Regulation, to join a fast-growing team in Dublin. This role offers an abundance of opportunities for career development and involves advising clients across technically complex industries, often on matters transformative in nature. The work is highly international, frequently involving collaboration with colleagues across Europe and globally.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise on complex commercial contracts, particularly those with IP, tech, or digital services as their subject matter, with a focus on technology, media, entertainment, and life sciences sectors.

Provide high-quality commercial advisory services to clients.

Assist clients in their interactions with regulators.

Work with international colleagues to deliver best-in-class legal work.

Support Partners in managing the rapid growth of the practice and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives.

Advise in a practical and commercial manner that supports clients' strategic objectives, and actively participate in business development.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent academic achievement and strong technical knowledge of Commercial law.

Proven experience in handling complex commercial matters within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level (essential).

Knowledge of key areas of law (Irish and EU competition law) and a keen interest in relevant developing areas such as the Digital Services Act and Artificial Intelligence Act.

Ambition to be a leader in the commercial practice area in Ireland.

A desire to work in a truly international, team-based environment.

Flexibility to support cases across a broad range of Commercial issues and jurisdictions.

The ability to manage aspects of complex matters efficiently, demonstrating an appreciation of client needs and priorities.

Working Environment & Package
The firm operates a hybrid working environment, with the current team being to attend the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home. Competitive base salary, complemented by a strong benefits package. Key components of the compensation structure are:
